"Parfait" is the French word for "perfect", and that's just what this wonderful dish is! It's beautiful pink and white stripes tell you this will be an amazing experience... and the taste does not dissappoint! For something so impressive, it is actually very simple to make!
Once you have everything you need to make your parfait, it's really quick to make. Just spoon a layer of ice cream into the bottom of your serving glass, then add a layer of strawberry mousse, then another layer of ice cream, and then a final layer of mousse.
